RODE presented a new model professional Over-Ear Headset – NTH-100M. The kit builds on the NTH-100 headphones announced mid-last year.
The RODE NTH-100M kit offers premium features, making it ideal for podcasting, streaming, gaming, conference calling and other business applications. The microphone is also available as a standalone accessory – the NTH-Mic, allowing existing NTH-100 users to transform their headphones into a professional Over-Ear Headset.

The headphone components of the NTH-100M are identical to the NTH-100. This includes custom 40mm dynamic drivers that are painstakingly crafted with high quality components to deliver extremely accurate frequency response and very low distortion.
The construction of the earcups further enhances the listening experience, with their unique contoured design providing optimal acoustic performance for exceptional clarity and detail. Each earcup also features a layer of high-density memory foam for excellent isolation from external noise.
The NTH-100s have a very open, natural sound, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. With the addition of a broadcast microphone, the NTH-100M becomes even more practical, offering studio-quality sound and broadcast-quality voice capture.
The NTH-Mic features a miniature condenser capsule that provides highly detailed voice reproduction. The microphone can be quickly and easily removed from the headset when not in use. For NTH-100 users, it can also be purchased as a standalone accessory.

The NTH-100M headset is made for maximum comfort, featuring a precision-engineered ergonomic design and innovative features that make it ideal for long-term wear. This includes luxurious Alcantara® earcups and headband cushions that are extremely soft and breathable.
Each ear cup also features a layer of revolutionary CoolTech™ gel that absorbs and dissipates heat, actively cooling the head and ears to significantly reduce wearing fatigue – a great benefit when used for long periods.
The headband is fully adjustable and features the FitLok™ locking system that locks the earcups firmly in place, giving them a tailored feel and ensuring they fit perfectly every time they’re worn.
